Our café restaurant is lead by talented young chef, Ben Ledingham. With a passion for ethical, sustainable food, Ben is focused on working with his community of local producers to present a menu that reflects his philosophy. Inspired by his childhood and the health benefits, house made pickles, cures and ferments feature heavily across our offerings. As a local, growing up in the local community, Ben is embedded in the story of people and place. He loves to showcase foraged seasonal foods and uses gathered edible weeds and native plants and seeds to flavor his dishes. Expect healthy, fresh, innovative food enjoyed in a contemporary, Scandinavian inspired space.
